For homes around 2500 sqft and below, will include between 16 - 24 photos of the exterior and interior, depending on the size and features of the home. One floorplan is also included.
For homes up to, and around, 3500 sqft, with outbuildings, and for properties under 5 acres. Will include between 24 - 32 photos of the exterior and interior, depending on the size and features of the home. Drone shots will be from the front and rear of the main house, and an overall view of the property. Also included will be a scanned floor plan displays room dimensions and all built in features such as countertops, cabinetry, showers, tubs, etc.
*Additional floor plans, if needed for outbuildings are $29.
For your large and unique properties. Will include at a minimum 40 photos allowed for MLS, but also many more that you can choose to do with as you please. Many elevated drone shots of all structures and the property. A floor plan of the primary house and any other structures if needed. A couple simulated twilight photos will be created. A few virtual staging photos will be provided if needed. A Matterport 360 virtual tour, in high quality 4K will be scanned and produced. And a 360 aerial panorama of the entire property.

A small property that is less than 5 acres. Includes 5 photos. $139
A larger property between 5 and 50 acres with 10 photos. $179

Maybe your listing is occupied or under construction. Get some high-quality photos of the outside only for $89.
For your unique listings where photos alone cannot show the true layout of the home, or for sellers that want to keep in-person showings to a minimum. All tours are shot using the actual 4K Matterport camera, not a phone. Tour is hosted for the duration of the listing.
A home up to 2000 sqft - $299
2000 to 2999 sqft is $349
3000 to 3999 sqft is $399
4000 sqft and larger is $449

The price is $39 per photo.
A 5000 sqft warehouse does not require near as many photos as a similar sized home. Give me a call to discuss your particular property, and we'll come up with a plan to market it for its intended use.
A second return trip to the property for real, on-site twilight photos can be scheduled for an additional $149.
Virtual twilight photos can be produced from the daylight photos at a cost of $49 each.
